At Oribe, we stand behind the luxury and performance of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
